The reprinting of sweet, sweet bags:

Until going to Stitch this year I had a lot of cool bags. However, sold out and that section on my site has been empty. Don’t despair; I’m re-printing a bunch of them. There will be five new bags posted shortly.

Nun-Ped: With the new artwork, black ink on a tote bag with black handles.

Intestant: Printed with brown and red ink, on a tote bag with black handles.

Rib-Hart: Printed with GOLD ink, on a tote bag with black handles.

The Magnificent Wizard: Printed with purple, yellow and black ink; on a tote bag with black handles.

Sasquatch: Printed with red, white & black ink, on a tote bag with black handles.

I believe I will get three of these posted in the next day or two. The other bags will be posted shortly once I burn my screens.

NEW SHIRTS!

At this point I'm really hoping that most of you have seen my new shirt on my site. If not I would suggest going and checking it out. The artwork is totally awesome, the girl and guy shirts turned out AMAZINGLY well.

I would love you hear your feedback and comments.

Snowball Fight!

Oh man, so last night after I printed up the SWEET ASS Intestant shirts (if you have not seen them you really need to... they are amazing). Jesse, Jude, Travis & I all went to this park a block away and had a MASSIVE snowball fight. It was soooo much fun to run around, make snowballs and throw them at each other. AMAZING.

We also built a snowman. Then we found some other people's snowmen that they built. We added our snowman to their snowman to make a MEGA snowman. There was no carrot for his nose, but I did bring a Jalapeno from my plants and we used that. However, I'm sad to say that the snowman did not last. I did a running jumpkick and blew his head clean off. It turned in to a storm of white power with my powerful kick. "KABOOM!"

Towards the end we went back to my place and had hot chocolate. That was awesome, then I found out it was Jesse's birthday and I felt like a jerk because I did not know.

Inestant -Posters FREAKIN AMAZING

I'm sooooo happy right now with how these posters turned out. It's a really cool four color print job that I finished tonight. Two colors for the background and two colors for the artwork.

Textile Poster, 11x17 – NASA Space Cloth

When I was a kid I loved ants. My brothers and I found all these fire ant homes in this giant field. We would catch a ton of the ants and put them in fish tanks with dirt. They would burrow and make all these rad tunnels. Then they would die without their queen and we would be sad. Ok, for the intestines… I was looking at them and they reminded me of those ant tunnels from my childhood. So I drew some intestines, threw some ants inside and PRESTO “the natural ant farm.”

This poster is printed on special NASA Space Cloth that is silver. Limited: Only 27 printed. All are signed & numbered on the back!

Today was AMAZING!

Morning: Woke up, posted a bunch of my artwork on Craigslist.org. Then some jerk "flagged" a few of them. That made me sad because there was nothing wrong with the postings. They were not offensive by any means. The other part that sucks about it is, there is no way to tell why exactly you got flagged. I would hope that the person doing so should at least explain his or her actions. Seems like anyone can delete anything with no just cause.

Afternoon: I went to work few a few hours to check in on the store. I also finished a print job for a new friend here in Seattle. He stopped by to get his thanksgiving dinner and pick up his shirts. It seemed really stoked on them which made me happy. When I was at work I really wanted to have a pumpkin pie, but we did not carry any that were vegan. I looked up an easy recipe and bought the ingredients when I was leaving. I drove home in the rain all stoked about the pie I was going to make. A magical pumpkin pie from the future! IT WORKED GREAT!

Night: I headed over to my friend’s house for thanksgiving dinner. We played FIFA world cup soccer. I won one game, and got owned on the other game. We ate dinner and Nancy rocks because she made me vegan mashed potatoes & stuffing. Dinner was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. We played Taboo after dinner… that was really funny. Our team won, and there were a ton of jokes flying back and forth between the teams.

That’s pretty much it. Today was awesome, I had a lot of fun, worked a little and now I’m going to watch Zoolander.

Ready, Set, Print.....

Artwork is now setup on my press for the Intestants printing. I was really happy when I was washing out the screen. It's the greatest feeling when the images starts appearing and transforms in to exactly what was in your head. Makes me super happy for sure. My friend Travis was over tonight. I was showing him how the process works and all that fun stuff. We made some food and had to eat in the dark. That was pretty damn funny. IN THE NAME OF ART!

I also ordered a few new shirts which I'm stoked about. I ordered the TR401 Tri-Blend Short Sleeve Track Shirts. This is a unisex shirt, I have one and fell in love with it. It's like those old high school stretchy shirts that are mega thin. ST2102 Striped Jersey Short Sleeve Crew Neck Ts. I have been ordering the 2102 cut for the last few orders. Seems like everyone really likes them. I liked how this shirt had some strips and character going on with it. Seems like a great choice to print on. And last some 5399 California Fleece Zip Hoodies! It's the time to keep warm! I choose red... I like red... it's a great color that should be used more.

At this point I'm not sure what I will be printing on the hoodies, but for sure The Magnificent Robot Wizard & Intestants artwork will be printed on the shirts. I have this great sasquatch artwork that I did awhile back. That might be pretty sweet to have on a hoody. Or perhaps my recent moped drawing. We will see won't we? Damn so many choices, where does one begin?

Some older stuff from my Index page:

3 Year Anniversary: 11-14-6 posted

Ok, this month came up on me super fast. I just got back from Stitch in Austin
and realized on the plane that it is my three year anniversary this year! This
makes me super happy that I have made some many friends that support my work.
I will be sending out a gift to all my friends for their support over the years.
Just wait till I release some of my recent work. :) Thanks for the love!

CONTEST OCT 06 WINNER: 10-26-6 posted

Lynda R. is the winner for the month of October's contest. She has won a $15 voucher
towards anything on the site! Congrats and enjoy.

NOAMKIN - COMIC: 10-17-6 posted

For all of you who have been wondering about the comic book that I have been working
on... well
here is the cover artwork for it
. It will be released in Dec of 06. Only a
few months away from then. This story has lots of ninjas, a banana sidekick (dance
'n banana style), booze, action packed and of course the dreaded "Noamkin" with
his handle bar mustache of DOOM.

ReadyMade Ad! 9-28-6 posted

I can not even tell you how stoked I'm to have an AD in ReadyMade. It is one of
my favorite magazines to read. If you are unfamiliar with it, please go check
it out at your local book stand. If you are familiar with it, check out the AD
in the back. If you like you can cut it out and glue it to something you are fond
of. That would make me very happy in deed. :)

The Magnificent Robot Wizard

I just finished the artwork for my Magnificent Robot Wizard... oh man I'm I stoked on how great/retarded it looks. I'm trying to figure out the color scheme I want to use for it. For sure I want purple and yellow (if you did not know, those are required wizard colors). Hmmmmmm, not really sure right this second. I do know there is some sweet lightening bolts going on in the background, a mountain and the robot wizard.

Well here is the artwork, feel free to comment on what colors you think might be cool.

Huge Dip Tank:

HOLY CRAP, I just got my Dip Tank from Franmar. It is awesome because I stick my screens in there with this solution. Within a few mins I can pull them out, wash them off and they are clean! This will save me a ton of time with cleaning old screens out. Plus it will allow me to keep clean screens around to burn new artwork. You never know when you will get the itch to print!

Here is the one problem, it's freakin HUGE! I have no idea how or where I'm going to set it up in my apartment. For whatever reason I thought it would be smarter to get the big one instead of the small one. Oh well. After work today I'm off to Home Depot to try and find something that will support the weight of it, and bring it off the ground.

I really can not wait to use it, but I have to figure out how to set it up.

Working, working, working!

Wow, I just realized that every night this week I have been working like crazy on my site, artwork and orders. This was the first night that I went out to dinner in a few weeks. I went with my super awesome friend Cyra. We went to Bimbos, it's this amazing Mexican burrito shop here in Capitol Hill. They do sell meat products, but are super good about making vegan choices as well. Tasty!

I think I finally got this whole BLOG thing up and running on my website. If you are reading this then it is working! I also had to do inventory last night since I got back from the show in Austin. Then it was super awesome paper work time. I'm not a big fan of doing the paper work thing. I really like the creative part, and the business side of things. Oh, and meeting lots of rad people from all over. That makes it super worth it!

Here is some artwork I did awhile back. It's in the massive pile of other artwork that rarely sees the light of day.

Intestant Artwork

I finished this artwork last week. I'm pretty happy with it. I believe I'm going to print it as a two color job. The intestines will be printed one color and the ants as the second color. For whatever reason, I think this will make the design a lot more fun and a quick read. American Apparel has these newer shirts that I want to get as well. They are the old rad gray thin gym shirts. They are stretchy as hell. They have a nice feel to them. This artwork will be printed on the stomach. I think the placement will add to the overall experience of it as well. Oh snap! I can not wait.

Other artwork in the works: Narrrr-Bot (Verison 2.0) & The Magnificent Robot Wizard.

3 Year Anniversary:

Wow, so as I was on the plane coming back home from Stitch 2006 I started thinking about how November is my Anniversary for http://www.partybots.org/. I was trying to figure out how many years I had been up and running. Time generally throws me off when I think long term. I was thinking it was over four years that I had been running. However, I setup shop in November, 2003. So even thou I had not been to Stitch my first year, I have been there three times. That was making me think of four... These are the weird thoughts I have about time.

Since it is also close to the holidays I'm going to do something special for all my awesome fans/customers that have supported my artwork and site over the years. I'm going to be mailing out a little something to everyone. Surprises are totally awesome!

Thanks for the love!

I wish I could streamline this BLOG in to my site.....

I have spent the last 5 hours sitting here trying to figure out how to get this BLOG to look and feel like my site. I think I'm a lot closer now.

The other part I have been doing is trying to get this site worked in to a Frame or some sort of .shtml doc so It is more flush with http://www.partybots.org, however every attempt has been a failure. I keep getting this security warning from my site telling me not all the content is secure. But I have no control over whats secure here on my BLOG. I just want to be able to display it on my site. Also, I want to get rid of my scroll bars so it's more flush on the page. Here is the link to what I was playing with: https://partybots.org/catalog/blog.shtm. If anyone has suggestions please email or comment to this.

PS: Junk mail sucks..... LOL

Stitch 2006!

I just got back from being at Stitch 2006 in Austin, Texas. This is my third year in a row that I have gone to this amazing production of crafts and fashion. It was held at the Austin Music Hall this year with a capicity of 3000, however with the booths I think it was around 2000. The place SOLD OUT! It was purely amazing. I arrived MEGA late from my plane, when I did there was a line that was a 1/4 mile long. They were all waiting to get inside when the doors opened at 5pm. Despite my lateness, I was able to get my booth setup quickly. I saw a lot of friends from last year and new friends as well. It is always my favorite part to ineract with new fans of my art. I sold out of all my journals, bags and the few paintings that I brought. This made me super happy!

Big thanks to all the girls from Stitch, who know how to throw a super awesome party.
