The editor from this BLOG just emailed me and told me they did a piece on my company. This is getting crazy with all the press everywhere - but I love it and it is awesome. Folks really do care about the environment and having rad artwork in their life. Hooray for that!

Seven New Drawings

Here are seven new drawings for you. Fidel and the battle between the banana and the box were done on Sunday when I was at home. It was the only thing I really felt like doing, drawing is awesome that way. Last night I met up with my friend Ben, we drew for a few hours. He left, and I stayed to draw. I ended up going to this bar down the street by myself and drank whiskey and started drawing the mob with the TNT. I rather enjoyed that combo. I got done around 11:30pm and walked to downtown to catch my bus home. A pretty good evening if you ask me. Enjoy the drawings!

idrawalot.com - made some changes to the site

Normally when I have a website it takes me years till I get it to the point where I really like it. I feel like my idrawalot.com website is going to be the same thing. I have been thinking about changing since a week after I posted it online. I want it to be super simple and unbelievable simple. The format below is getting closer to what I want it to be like. The only thing that bothers me is that fact that it is not centered, and the alignment on everything is all wonky.

The bonus is that this style is much easier to update with new drawings. All the drawings are alphabetical and there are about 30 new ones in there. The options on the right hand side are pretty neat.

Photo Shoot in Sound Magazine

The kick ass owner of Bouncing Wall in Queen Anne informed me the other day that some of my shirts from her store got featured in a photo shoot for Sound Magazine. I thought it was pretty amazing. They picked my Dance N Bananas and Mustache shirts, it is the top right hand group photo.

Etsy.com's Main Page This Morning

This morning my good friend Ben sent me an email about Etsy.com having one of my shirts featured on their main page in the top left hand corner. A great way to start a Saturday morning.

New Product - Hip, Hip Hooray!

All but one of these are for future retailer orders. I wanted to get these all ready to go ahead of time so I put them in to production now. They are now posted on my site and on etsy for online sales. They are also available for wholesale if interested in that. Hope you enjoy them.

I'm going to Tokyo Japan!

It is 100% official, I'm going to Tokyo Japan from the 14th of may through the 21st. Tokyo hosts one of the largest craft/art exhibitions in Asia. The show is called Design Festa, and has 53,000 visitors and 7,000 exhibitors. It looks amazing. So I'm going Hon Solo for a week, the show is over the weekend. I want to make sure that I have enough time there to draw a lot, take an insane amount of pictures and see about some retailer contacts that I have there. It is going to be pretty dang incredible. The hotel I'm staying at is this rad place that has these single rooms, that are the size of a walk-in closet. For me, that is perfect and more then enough.
